Standalone bundles are considered as non-discounted products by Shopify, which means, that our option for excluding additional discounts on bundle purchases unfortunately doesn't work on Standalone bundles.

There is currently no way to prevent your customers from applying additional discount codes on top of standalone bundles, except if you exclude them from the discount when configuring the discount code.
