My bundle discount isn't applying in the checkout, what can I do?

If the bundle discount isn't applying in the checkout when you have the bundle in the cart, then there are a few things to check:

1.) Make sure that the bundle is active and not paused.

2.) Make sure that you didn't schedule a bundle to a date in the future.

3.) Make sure that the bundle isn't restricted to a specific customer tag OR if it is, make sure you are logged in with a customer account which is tagged with this specific tag. 

4.) Make sure that you don't have any other discounting or bundling apps active, as these can sometimes interfere with Bundler discounts.

5.) Click on the checkout button in your shop.

If the discount isn't applied in the checkout, then it might be that your theme isn't yet fully compatible with Bundler. To make it compatible, simply contact Bundler app support at [email protected] as our team will be more than happy to help you out.
