Yes, of course. You can easily do that by creating a Sectioned Mix & Match bundle. In this bundle, you add first section with selected list of products, from which you require customers to buy a specific amount of products. 

And then in the second section, you add the other products you want customers to buy to get a discount. In each section, you also set up the minimum number of required products.

And to apply a discount only on specific products, simply select the “Set discounts on products” option when creating the bundle so that you will be able to specify a discount on each product separately.
